About Roger Pym BSc

Roger is an experienced and dedicated Executive and Personnel Recruitment Consultant with more than 15 years in the industry and is the founder of Attract Executive Recruitment.

Prior to this, he accumulated 15 years of international management experience in larger companies in  Sales, Strategy, Retail, Admin & Production working and living in Australasia, Asia and Europe. Holding a BSc in ‘Management Sciences' , his diverse and extensive background also allows Roger to recruit effectively, multi-functionally and across all levels.

Passionate about Human Resources and with a solutions-oriented approach, Roger is a strong advocate of client and candidate ethics and is always striving to "enhance organisations with good people".
